REAL ESTATE BROKER SERVICES – CIVIC CENTER / DOWNTOWN AREA

RFP 2024-01

Notice is hereby given that this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) from City of West Wendover (the “Owner”) invites qualified firms/businesses interested in providing Real Estate Broker Services to the City of West Wendover as it relates to city-owned property in the Civic Center/Downtown Area submit an appropriate RFP.

Proposers shall submit the RFP to Anna Bartlome, City Clerk, at City of West Wendover, City Hall, 1111 N. Gene L. Jones Way, West Wendover, NV 89883 before 2:00 p.m. (Mountain Time) June 28, 2024.

The RFP documents will be available beginning Friday May 10, 2024 and may be viewed/downloaded at:

RFP’s submitted after the deadline will not be accepted or considered. City of West Wendover will not accept proposal submittals by facsimile, electronic transmission, or any method other than stated in the RFP.  The City of West Wendover reserves the right to cancel or modify this solicitation at any time if it deems, at its sole discretion, that such measures are in its best interests
