Finance Department

A very important part of the operations of the City resides with the Finance Department which is part of City Administration.  The Finance Department is charged with the responsibility of:  Safeguarding financial assets, maintenance of city financial records, budget preparation and monitoring, internal and external financial reporting, maintaining relations with financial institutions, payables/receivables, reporting financial information to regulatory agencies, coordination of the annual city audit and maintaining records for billings and payments of services.
