Privately Owned/Operated Utilities

There are several private utility companies listed below which operate and provide services to the community. 

The Privately Owned/Operated Utilities operate under a few types of Franchising Authorizations by City Code.  In order to operate as a Franchise within the City and thus have access to the use of city owned rights of ways and easements, such utilities must also operate under the authority and licensing of the Nevada Public Utilities Commission puc.nv.gov.
